The client has the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days. The 14 day period begins when the client receives the item. If the client has ordered the wrong size or color, they are obligated to pay for the refund costs. If we have made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong model or color, Superior OÜ is responsible for paying the refund costs.
In order to return an item, the client must send an explaining email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong or defective item – if the client has received the wrong item or if the item has any defects, please inform us at email@example.com. The client has a right to exchange or refund the item within 14 days. The 14 day period begins when the client receives the item.
Returning an item is easy. The same way as the item was shipped to the client. Pack the item so it will not be harmed in the shipping process. NB! Add your name and the order number to the package.
The seller is responsible for covering the shipping costs which the client has paid for within 14 days, starting when the seller has received the clients refund application. The client is obliged to return the item/items within 14 days beginning when the seller has received the refund application. If the item/items are not returned within the mentioned time, the refund date will be postponed until the seller has received the item. The refunded item must not be used, ruined, dirty or have any other signs of use. The item must be complete (containing the package and all items included in the package)
